Body Transformation (I Can't Believe I'm Giving All Of This Away)

Let's talk body transformation.

But first - do you need more knowledge or more action to get your dream body?

Some people don't even know where to start.

They've been fed incorrect information for years about what's really required to get lean and muscular.

  • More cardio
  • Just eat less and don't eat too many carbs
  • Perform high intensity (HIIT) workouts to burn more fat
  • Don't eat a big dinner or you'll store more fat
  • Lifting heavy weights will make you bulky or get you hurt

*šŸ‘†šŸ¼By the way, all of those are wildly incorrect and are just a few of the nonsense claims I read about

There is a lot of bad advice and information out there in the health and fitness world. So maybe you do need some more knowledge.

If you've been following along with my emails for a while, I hope you've gotten that knowledge.

I need you to do something real quick.

Pause for 5 seconds.

Take a quick self assessment.

Do you need more knowledge to get started?

Maybe, just maybe...

  • You don't need to research any more.
  • You don't have to wait for the time to be 'just right' (because when is the time ever just right)
  • You need less knowledge, and a little more action.

You might know what you need to do.

You are ready for change (even if it's scary and you have your doubts)

Maybe you just need permission to go for it.

I'll never forget laying in bed, mind racing, and unable to sleep.

I had done all the research.

I knew what I wanted.

I certainly had enough knowledge to get started.

Shoot, I had gone to school for this, and I did this for a living.

But I still wasn't where I wanted to be when it came to my health and my body.

I really opened up to Lindsey about my fears and my frustrations.

I was tired of being stuck in the same place despite 'knowing' what I needed to do.

I was tired of dabbling in health and fitness, when what I really desired was transformation.

I was scared.

I knew deep down that going all in was what I needed to do. 

But I knew it wouldn't just be sacrifice for me.

Any time you make the decision to change or sacrifice something, the people around you have to change too.

I'll never forget her simple response:

"Go for it. I believe in you and I will support you however I can"

That changed everything for me.

All I needed was permission to pursue my transformation.

And if your wife is anything like mine, she was just waiting for me to take action and really go for it.

I put my 10+ years of schooling, research, and knowledge to the test - and I went all in on taking action.

And my body transformed...and it transformed rather quickly.

In a few short months my body fat percentage went from the mid teens to 8.8%.

I didn't have to give up the foods I love.

I didn't have to workout more than 3x/week.

I didn't have to say no to social events or eating out.

And don't get me wrong, the physical transformation was cool.

Seeing your abs and having bigger, more defined arms is worth it, even if you don't think you care about those things.

People around you start to take notice.

But it's about so much more.

And I know you can achieve the same results with a little bit of knowledge and a clear plan to follow.

Let me explain what I mean.

It wasn't just my body that transformed during those 4 months.

Here is where I noticed the most change.

Where my clients notice the most change - even within the first couple of months.

  • Everyday confidence. You love the way you look whether you're in work clothes, workout clothes, or in your swimsuit at the pool
  • More energy and drive. Your not reaching for another cup of coffee, a sugary snack, or finding yourself crashed on the couch at the end of the day
  • Peak performance. You're strong and athletic physically (and your wife is taking notice). Your sharp mentally and more productive at work. And you're even performing better in the bedroom (no one likes to talk about this, but too much body fat is a killer for testosterone and sexual performance)
  • Discipline, integrity, and excellence. You want to be seen as a leader in your family, your community, and your workplace. Your body is a reflection of your habits and your mindset. Looking healthy and fit tells those around you that you value yourself.

That's all available to you.

Imagine what it would feel like to feel confident with your shirt off again (or maybe for the first time)

Imagine having more intimacy with your spouse, and for her to have a hard time keeping her hands off of you.

Imagine your kids seeing you as their superhero, and other Dads wondering how on earth you can look like that with your busy schedule.
